Hey 👋
I'm Arthur, the maker of Hyud.
I realized that I was spending way too much time working on my computer, sitting at my desk for hours without taking any breaks. This is terrible because it doesn’t just lower productivity but can also lead to serious health issues such as back pain, cancer, heart disease and more, which is a much bigger concern to me.
So I created Hyud to help me take regular breaks while doing a bit of exercise, stretch my body more frequently and finally control and fix my posture. And the results are here. My productivity has increased, I improved my posture, have less back pain than before and I'm pretty sure that my body will thank me on the long run.
