I'm Arthur, the maker of Hyud.
I realized that I was spending way too much time working on my computer, sitting at my desk for hours without taking any breaks. This is terrible because it doesn’t just lower productivity but can also lead to serious health issues such as back pain, cancer, heart disease and more, which is a much bigger concern to me.
Knowing the consequences of this was unfortunately not enough to force me to take breaks, clear my head, stretch and move my body. So I created Hyud to help me take regular breaks and do a bit of exercise. And the results are here. My productivity has increased, I have less back pain than before and I'm pretty sure that my body will thank me on the long run.
